How often do trains run?
Schedules by Line
Night buses and special services
Every night, after the subway closes
When the subway is closed (approximately 11:30 p.m.–5:30 a.m., and after 1:30 a.m. on weekends), the nMA, nMB/nMB1, and nMC night bus replacement lines go into service, following the same routes as the subway lines.
Extended Service
On Friday and Saturday nights, the last bus is delayed until approximately 1:30 a.m. This extended service may be suspended during nighttime maintenance work: check the "Service Status" ATAC.
Reduced Schedules
On certain holidays (such as Christmas and New Year’s Day), schedules may vary, with extended or reduced service. Always check official announcements ATAC before traveling.
Buses Instead of the Metro
During certain periods, sections of the line may be closed for maintenance and replaced by shuttle buses. Service disruptions are announced in advance at stations and on the MyAtac app.
