Libia — overview
Libia opened on 13 June 2012 with the B1 branch, designed by ABDR Architetti Associati. In 2013 the station was dedicated to Chiara Lubich, founder of the Focolare movement: there is a plaque to her in the concourse. It serves the Trieste district, between viale Libia and piazza Gondar, a residential area with street markets and Villa Ada close by.
