The Colosseo station follows the Rome Metro schedule: trains run from approximately 5:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. (until 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays). When the Metro is closed, service is provided by night buses. Check the MyAtac app for real-time schedules.

Strollers are allowed on all routes. Bicycles are permitted on the subway during the hours and on the days specified by ATAC (generally outside of peak hours) for an additional fee; folding bicycles are always allowed.
