Manzoni — overview
Manzoni is the closest stop to the basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and to the Museum of the Liberation on via Tasso. It belongs to Line A's first section, in service since 16 February 1980, and was closed for refurbishment in January 2006, with trains passing through without stopping. It is an underground station with the two tracks in separate tunnels.
