Furio Camillo belongs to Line A's first section, which entered service on 16 February 1980, and is named after the Roman consul and dictator. It is a neighbourhood stop in the Tuscolano district: underground, with the tracks in two separate tunnels. Residential streets, local markets and the via Appia Nuova are all close by.
